What to expect in a Yoga For All Levels Class at Sramana Yoga

  • Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures.

  • Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation.

Restorative Yoga uses reclined and completely supported yoga postures along with deep and guided meditation to find comfort and support in the body and mind.

Our Chair Yoga class is open to All Levels. We practice sitting in a chair or standing using a chair as support. Chair Yoga benefits your cardiovascular health, can relieve stiffness and pain and improves muscle and bone strength.
