Our Teachers

Daniela Boesshenz is an internationally renowned yoga teacher and seminar leader with a long-standing teaching practice in the USA and Europe.  Her foundation of teaching Yoga lays in the Kripalu methodology (Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher). Daniela completed Taoist / Yin Yoga studies with Paulie Zink and is further influenced by Ashtanga Yoga (David Swenson) and Kundalini Yoga (Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa) teachings.

Daniela’s Yoga classes encourage self-awareness, curiosity and balance. Her teaching is rooted in respect, trust in the wisdom of the body’s own knowing and holistic well-being. Daniela emphasizes the meaning of creating a safe place for personal exploration and growth within the group dynamic.



Tres Armour has a deep rooted passion for the healing arts.  He began practicing yoga when he became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 1998.  After practicing various styles of yoga and bodywork he went to Thailand to become certified in the ancient holistic art of Nuad Borarn, Thai Yoga Massage.  In 2009 he became a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher.  Since then he has been sharing his practice and teaching the art and inspiration of yoga.  He offers private and group yoga classes varying in styles catering to your level and intentions, such as vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative yoga and yoga therapy.

Tres Armour



Caroline von Westernhagen took her first yoga class in Munich, Germany in 2002 and it has changed her life forever.  Her teaching is grounded in the Power Vinyasa – Baron Baptist school of yoga. In 2007, she completed her teacher training (Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher) with Jan Hauenstein at Try 4 Life Yoga in Cleveland. For the past few years, Caroline has been fascinated by the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, the root of the Power Yoga movement. She attended numerous workshops with renowned yoga teachers, such as Nancy Gilgoff, David Swenson, etc. and in 2014 completed her Ashtanga Yoga teacher training in Germany.

Caroline teaches at different locations throughout the City of Augsburg, Germany ( and is co-owner of Yoga Shala Augsburg a premier Ashtanga yoga studio since October 2013 (
