Teachers

Daniela Boesshenz is an internationally renowned yoga teacher and seminar leader with a long-standing teaching practice in the USA and Europe.  Her foundation of teaching Yoga lays in the Kripalu methodology (Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher). Daniela completed Taoist / Yin Yoga studies with Paulie Zink and is further influenced by Ashtanga Yoga (David Swenson) and Kundalini Yoga (Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa) teachings.

Daniela’s Yoga classes encourage self-awareness, curiosity and balance. Her teaching is rooted in respect, trust in the wisdom of the body’s own knowing and holistic well-being. Daniela emphasizes the meaning of creating a safe place for personal exploration and growth within the group dynamic.



Tres Armour 
is with over 13 years experience as a licensed massage therapist and yoga practitioner committed to the health and well being of each student. Tres graduated from the Sun Coast School for Massage in 1998 with 600 hours of Anatomy, Physiology, and Clinical Massage as well as 100 hours of Neuromuscular Therapy, Paul St. John Method. Upon completing his initial training, he immediately pursued eastern modalities with a 105 hour Shiatsu course. There he learned eastern philosophies, energy meridians, acupressure points, reflexology and passive stretching. In 2004, Tres received certification of Thai Yoga Massage from the Institute for Thai Massage in Chaing Mai, Thailand.

Tres is a certified Level 1 Qi Gong instructor through Supreme Science Qi Gong Foundation and a 200 hour certified Yoga teacher through Jai Dee Yoga and Wellness Center.

Caroline von Westernhagen took her first yoga class in Munich, Germany in 2002 and it has changed her life forever.  Her teaching is grounded in the Power Vinyasa – Baron Baptist school of yoga. In 2007, she completed her teacher training (Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher) with Jan Hauenstein at Try 4 Life Yoga in Cleveland. For the past few years, Caroline has been fascinated by the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, the root of the Power Yoga movement. She attended numerous workshops with renowned yoga teachers, such as Nancy Gilgoff, David Swenson, etc. and in 2014 completed her Ashtanga Yoga teacher training in Germany.

Caroline teaches at different locations throughout the City of Augsburg, Germany (www.yogatouch.de) and is co-owner of Yoga Shala Augsburg a premier Ashtanga yoga studio since October 2013 (www.yogashala-augsburg.de).
