What to expect in a Kripalu Yoga Class For All Levels at the Belleair Garden Club
- Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures.

- Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation.
Our bi-weekly Chair Yoga class is open to All Levels. We practice sitting in a chair or standing using a chair as support. Chair Yoga benefits your cardiovascular health, can relieve stiffness and pain and improves muscle and bone strength.
Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga offer lot of benefits to mothers during and after pregnancy. Our Prenatal Yoga classes can ease the discomforts of pregnancy, such as moodiness, shortness of breath and swollen ankles; can give you time to bond with your baby; and can help you prepare for the rigors and mysteries of labor.
Postnatal Yoga helps to get back in shape as well as to relax and ease out the stress. Postnatal Yoga classes are an excellent way to support your body in the recovery after childbirth. (Pre-registration required for Pre-/Postnatal classes)
