What to expect in a Yoga For All Levels Class at the Belleair Garden Club
- Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures.
- The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body.
- Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation.
In Yin Yoga, we hold passive yoga postures for 1-5 minutes with focus on the breath to gently stretch and strengthen the body. Restorative Yoga uses reclined and completely supported yoga postures along with deep and guided meditation to find comfort and support in the body and mind.
Our bi-weekly Chair Yoga class is open to All Levels. We practice sitting in a chair or standing using a chair as support. Chair Yoga benefits your cardiovascular health, can relieve stiffness and pain and improves muscle and bone strength.
KIDS YOGA helps children be active, learn to relax, improve focus and have FUN!
